Well Hi…
My name’s Roisin, a thirty-something living in Ireland. I grew up in Broadstairs, Kent, to Irish parents and after time in London and Manchester, I moved to Ireland in 2018 where, apart from a six-month stint in the French alps, I’ve lived ever since.
Having carved out a career in Marketing, I wanted to create an online space for myself, to finally start the blog I’ve been threatening to do for an embarrassingly long time, and to pull together some projects I’ve worked on throughout my career.
My passions include wellbeing, the outdoors, hiking, dance, writing, running, meditation, sea swimming, psychology, astrology (yep, one of them), self-care, keeping fit, live music, art, my dog Rafferty, mental health, good food, alternative therapies, brunch (it counts) and probably a million other things I’ve forgotten.
